Fermin Lopez

Fermin Lopez is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 2003 with High Honors in Trial Advocacy.
He is a trial attorney whose practice areas include insurance litigation, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Lopez is also an adjunct professor of insurance law and coach of the Student Trial Advocacy Team at Barry University Law School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a paratrooper with the U.S. Army and served in Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, Africa. A native of Colombia, Mr. Lopez provides legal services to Spanish‑speaking clients throughout the State of Florida.
